Private Charters:

• Captain Larry owns a beautiful Catalina 27 sailboat that can take up to six guests very comfortably. Light, fast, and responsive in Santa Monica's light to moderate winds, she's the perfect sailboat for day sailing for two to eight hours. • A 40' motor yacht is also available for those larger parties. Enjoy a harbor tour of the largest marina in the world, a sight-seeing excursion in Santa Monica Bay to see sea lions, dolphins, and whales, or maybe a trip out to Catalina Island. Yacht Deliveries:

For only $3 per nautical mile, Captain Larry has safely delivered numerous yachts up and down the west coast from San Francisco to Puerto Vallarta. No job is too short or too long for him. He just insists that your yacht is seaworthy!

Sailing and Yacht Handling Lessons:

Learn how to sail on Captain Larry's Catalina 27 which is easy to sail and just the right boat for beginners. Private lessons are $50 per hour and up to six students are welcome for the same price! Or learn how to sail your own sailboat or how to operate and handle your powerboat.

Burials at Sea:

Captain Larry takes groups on the 40' motor yacht out in Santa Monica Bay in the morning when it's calm and quiet to scatter the ashes of their loved ones. We supply coffee, tea, and rose pedals. This service is $500 and takes less than two hours.

Yacht Maintenance:

Captain Larry has owned more than 25 boats over a 40 year boating life and has done all the maintenance, repairs, fabrications, installations, and detail work on all of them himself. For only $35 per hour, let his experience work for you.

Private Skipper:

Having owned and operated his own charter businesses in Southern California, Mexico, and the Caribbean Sea for more than 20 years, Captain Larry has catered to all kinds of folks. These charter businesses have always been a one-man show too; Captain Larry performed all the duties from marketing, scheduling, provisioning, sailing, navigating, anchoring/docking, cooking, and maintenance/repairs himself. It is his chartering experience that is particularly applicable and invaluable when skippering a private yacht; he enjoys doing it all for even the most demanding owners. But, the best part for Captain Larry is showing the owners and their guests a great time on the water and watching them have the time of their lives!
